Early arrivals are not permitted, as the studio may be occupied before your booking. Your access begins at the exact start time booked and ends at the scheduled finish time.

Please allow enough time within your booking for setup, pack-down and returning anything you have moved to its original position. Any overtime is charged at the full hourly rate and is strictly subject to availability.

If another booking follows yours, you must be ready to leave on time out of respect for the next guests.

We’re just minutes from Cardiff city centre, just off Newport Road on Beresford Road Lane. You can find our exact location using the Google Map at the bottom of the page.

There is nearby parking, including space directly outside the studio for up to two cars. If you need additional parking or are unsure what will work for your booking, give us a call and we’ll help find the best solution.

Please note that the lane leading to the studio is fairly narrow, although it can comfortably accommodate vehicles up to the size of a large van.

We’re glad you asked… we have huge double doors for loading and unloading, and an industrial winch for safely moving all of your heavier kit (or just all of your kit if you like!) which your Studio Liaison will help you manage. If you have a van or larger vehicle for kit, please let us know when booking or give us a call.
